For nearly 15 years, UIC Digital has been supporting the media industry by designing and developing cutting-edge software for organisations and individuals. These software solutions encompass a wide range of tools, including audio and video editing tools, media asset management platforms, monitoring and analytics systems, and many more.
As the media landscape continues to evolve, and the world migrates to cloud-based services, we sought to assess the opinions of those actively involved in media production and asset management regarding today’s software offerings.
We embarked on a journey to uncover the user experience, attitudes, and emotions surrounding B2B digital products in the digital media sector. From media asset management to content workflow tools, from monitoring and analytics to content editing and publishing, our goal was to determine whether these tools are intuitive, feature modern interfaces, enhance productivity, and ultimately bring joy to the users.
