NEP wished to redesign and develop their Mediabank application in order to provide their customers with an exceptional media asset management experience.

They were also looking to add more features appropriate to customer and business requirements, something made difficult with the existing platform.

Whilst incredibly capable and rich in functionality, Mediabank’s overall user experience was complex and unintuitive.

Initially we were engaged to undertake a full review of the business and user requirements and define the new user experience and an updated UI design language. As the project progressed, we were asked to contribute to the redevelopment of the application by providing the lead on the interface development. The project is ongoing and we have a dedicated team developing the web front-end, working closely with our colleagues at NEP in Norway on the integration and testing.
