The new Time Out experience went beyond a redesign. In the years spent collaborating – with our multidisciplinary team collocating with Time Out– we together built a sophisticated yet intuitive multiplatform customer experience.
We understood how important it was for Time Out readers to access valuable content anytime, anywhere, and on any device. And with our commitment to continually develop stronger and more innovative solutions across all devices and consumer touch points, the experience had to be truly responsive.
In addition to the website work undertaken, we were also tasked with designing and developing a full range of native applications for all the major mobile operating systems and devices. With discoverability at the heart of the Time Out proposition, simple access to surprising and inspirational content across all devices means that each and every experience has become unique and personal.
